The RnB Service and RnB Driver apps request access to your contact list only for enabling the SOS emergency feature. This allows:

• Users and drivers to add trusted contacts to their SOS list
• Quick one-tap emergency calling to friends, family, or admin
• Enhanced safety during rides or deliveries

Your contact data is never shared, stored externally, or used for advertising or marketing.
